It is important to be able to switch off your mind prior to a massage, in order to benefit from the massage itself. This is where our mindfulness meditation comes in. For just the first 5 minutes of your treatment, you will be asked to lie comfortably and slow your breathing, while your Therapist prepares for your massage. This will allow you to let go completely and surrender to your intuitive Therapist during your relaxing treatment. Your healing Massage combines Thai stretches with accents of Hawaiian, Swedish and Balinese inspired massage techniques.
We complete your massage with a fluent Scalp and Facial treatment, utilizing the healing properties of a tisane.
After 2 hours you’ll be checking for a pulse!
